You asked whether the GLGI litigation might be concluded without going to Court.
The trial, in a class action context, known as the common issues trial, will probably be avoided . My understanding is that about 92% of cases that are certified are settled without going to Court.
The case is however unlikely to be concluded without obtaining an order for certification. This involves a Court application and we are moving towards a certification.
If certified, and I am confident that we will be certified, the chances are good that the case will be concluded without going to Court.
